NOTE: To update your SAT 9520, you must have the transfer data cable that was shipped with your SAT 9520. If you need to purchase a data transfer cable, visit our Accessories webstore page or contact Applied Instruments by calling (317) 782-4331.

If you are using Windows 95, 98, ME or 2000, then Download SatLoader 9X Software.

If you are using Windows XP or Windows Vista, then Download SatLoader XP Software.

NOTE: If you are using firmware version 1.8 or earlier, you will need to select "OldVersion" from the plan list to load in your SAT 9520. You can determine the version of your SAT 9520 by looking at the display screen after you press the power button. The number after the 'v' is the firmware version.
